Cancellation Policy

  • You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.

Processing Times

  • Hair Care Products: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Hair Extensions: Custom extensions require 3–5 business days for processing.

  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Signature Confirmation: Orders over $200 may require a signature at delivery.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered by the carrier, Styles by EricaMarie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

  • Shipping Address Errors: Customers are responsible for entering correct addresses at checkout. Incorrect addresses may delay or prevent delivery.

  • Backorders/Delays: Customers will be notified via email if items are delayed or backordered.

  • Order Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking updates.

Return & Exchange Policy

Hair Extensions

  • All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair products.

  • No returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect.

  • Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Hair must remain in original packaging, unaltered, unwashed, and not installed to qualify for review or store credit.

Hair Care Products

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to safety and sanitation.

  • If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. A replacement or store credit will be issued.

Order Issues & Cancellations

  • If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for correction at no cost.
  • For packages marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.

  • Order cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase, provided processing has not started. After this window, all sales are final.

Return Shipping

  • If an item qualifies for return or replacement (approved by customer service), detailed instructions will be provided.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
