Cancellation Policy

You will not be charged if you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price.
Processing Times

Hair Care Products: Orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

Hair Extensions: Custom extensions require 3–5 business days for processing.

Orders placed after 3 PM EST begin processing the next business day.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Delivery

Signature Confirmation: Orders over $200 may require a signature at delivery.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Once marked delivered by the carrier, Styles by EricaMarie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Contact the carrier directly for assistance.

Shipping Address Errors: Customers are responsible for entering correct addresses at checkout. Incorrect addresses may delay or prevent delivery.

Backorders/Delays: Customers will be notified via email if items are delayed or backordered.

Order Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided via email once your order ships. Allow 24 hours for tracking updates.
Return & Exchange Policy
Hair Extensions

All sales are final due to the hygienic nature of hair products.

No returns or exchanges unless there is a manufacturer defect.

Defects must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

Hair must remain in original packaging, unaltered, unwashed, and not installed to qualify for review or store credit.
Hair Care Products

Returns are not accepted for opened or used products due to safety and sanitation.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. A replacement or store credit will be issued.
Order Issues & Cancellations
- If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery for correction at no cost.

For packages marked as delivered but not received, contact the carrier first.

Order cancellations must be requested within 4 hours of purchase, provided processing has not started. After this window, all sales are final.
Return Shipping

If an item qualifies for return or replacement (approved by customer service), detailed instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect.
